WHO ARE WE
RCC is an indigenous Zambian full-service audit, tax and advisory firm currently on the Zambian market. RCC is registered with the Citizen Economic Empowerment Commission (CEEC) as a Citizen Owned Company. It has over 20 Zambian local professional financial and business consultants in its network.
RCC is a recently registered Firm. The firm was formed and is driven by one principle purpose; to help its existing and potential clients leverage their respective potentials by providing quality solutions, which have and adds value for money to their operations.

The RCC team have many years of combined experience on various financial statutory audits and forensic audits on behalf of private and public institutions in Zambia. This gives RCC a firsthand understanding of the business processes of in the public and private industries.

Richard K A Nyirenda
FCCA, FZICA, ICSA
As Managing Partner at RCC Chartered Accountants, Richard is the team leader ensuring proper management of assignments including and not limited team mobilization, planning, quality control and review. Richard has 25 years of work experience gained from both Public practice and Industry. He served and audit Senior at BDO KEM, Chief financial Officer MISA Zambia Chapter, Chief financial Officer at National Heritage Conservation Commission, Audit Manager at CYMA, Chief Internal Auditor at ZSIC Plc and Zambia State Insurance Pension Trust Fund (ZSIPTF) before joining the team at RCC Chartered Accountants. Richard a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-UK (ACCA), a Fellow and Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA). He is an Associate of Chartered Institute of Secretaries and Administrator. (ICSA UK) He also hold a Taxation diplomat from ZICA. Richard Is currently Pursuing a master if Risk management. Richard holds a valid full audit practice license from ZICA having passed the practice exams in 2016.
Chewe Mwango
Msc, FCCA, AZICA, CRA
As Director at RCC Chartered Accountants, Chewe is responsible for the firm assurance and business advisory divisions servicing an array of clients from startups to large corporations at both local and multi-national level.
Chewe has 19 years’ work experience in financial services industry working for both Life and General insurance companies in public and private sectors in Zambia.
He has served at senior management level, the most recently as Head of Audit and Risk at ZSIC Life Plc before joining RCC as Director. Chewe has held various senior managerial positions that of Finance Manager and Treasury Manager at ZSIC Life Plc
He is currently a board member on the Finance and Investment Committee of ZCIPCT and past member of the Board of Trustees for ZSIC Group of Companies Pension Trust Fund.
Chewe is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and Associate of the Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA)
Chewe holds a Masters of Science Degree in International Accounting and Finance from the University of Liverpool in the United Kingdom and an Advanced certificate in Investment advisory and stock broking from Zambia Insurance Business College Trust (ZIBCT)
Chewe is also a Chartered Risk Analyst with Global Academy of Finance Management from the United States of America(USA).
He is also a member of Insurance Institute of Zambia and Zambia Association of Pension Fund Managers.
Charles Mbukwa
As Director at RCC Chartered Accountants, Charles is responsible for the taxation and compliance divisions servicing an array of clients in different sectors of the economy (mining, agriculture, insurance, hospitality, health and retail)
Charles has over 13 years work experience across a diverse industries such as auditing, mining, banking and education in the private sectors in Zambia. He has served at senior management level, the most recently as Manager –Taxation and compliance at Intellogic Africa Business Consulting Limited a Zambian consulting and accounting firm and member firm of IABC Group (Pty) Limited before joining RCC as Director. He has previously worked for First National Bank (FNB), Lusaka Apex University and Baker Tilly International Chartered Accountants. Head of finance at LendMePay Fintech from January 2020 to December 2022.
Charles is a finalist of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants-UK (ACCA) and a member of Zambia Institute of Chartered Accountants (ZiCA).
